Charity Ride In Memory of Nanna

Year 10 student Alysia Lloyd-Clews who raised £220 for Cancer Research, with a picture of her pony Tommy.


Horse-rider Alysia Lloyd-Clews (14) raised £220 for charity with a sponsored hack in memory of her Nanna, who died from cancer. The Year 10 student was joined on the hack by a friend who rode alongside her on a bicycle. The teenagers wore pink for the charity.

Alysia said: "I wanted to raise money for Cancer Research so that other people do not have to go though what I went through losing my Nanna, who I was very close to."
