Academy Takes Second Place In Superzone

Somercotes Academy athletes were pipped at the post to take second place in the Superzone District Athletics Competition, but still achieved a host of records and individual wins. Students from Years 7-10 competed at King George V Stadium in Grimsby.

Rachel Elson, Curriculum Leader for P.E., said: "The students put in some very impressive performances and we are very proud that both Tollbar Multi Academy Trust Academies brought home trophies."

The competition was won by fellow TMAT students at Louth Academy.
